Atom feeds with XML parse errors

The list of feeds comes from <link type="application/atom+xml" href="..."> links in
~425K text/html pages from http://philip.html5.org/data/dotbot-20090424.txt
The feeds were downloaded in random order, on 2009-11-18.
Only those with Content-Type of application/atom+xml, application/xml or text/xml,
and with recognised charsets, were accepted.

The errors reported by Perl's XML::Parser library (with ProtocolEncoding set from
Content-Type charset) for the first *1000* feeds are as follows:
